About Impilo: Impilo is a Nordic investment company with a sole focus on investments in companies operating in the pharmaceutical, medtech, specialist pharma services or other healthcare & related services industries.

Our work: Raison has worked closely with Impilo on its sustainability ambitions and been instrumental in the development a robust sustainability framework. Our work has helped Impilo anchor health impact more firmly in its sustainability approach, define clear strategic priorities for material ESG issues such as climate change and DEI, and offered ongoing execution and transaction support at both firm and portfolio company level.

Our contribution:

Supported with the design of Impilo’s sustainability framework and Blueprint for portfolio companies
Helped Impilo set its first Science-based target (SBT) in 2025
Provided fundraising support for Impilo Fund II (closed in 2025) focusing on Article 8 classification and documentation
Delivered ESG due diligence support platform and add-on transactions
