Our work: Raison worked closely with Opella leadership and key internal stakeholders to reshape the company’s social impact strategy. A key objective was to ensure alignment with the company’s mission of simplifying self-care, its business strategy, and its B-Corp commitment.

- Helped define Opella’s strategic priorities and targets on social impact through a new strategic framework
- Contributed to developing new health impact measurements and designing key activities
- Contributed to the company’s first double materiality assessment to comply with the CSRD
